@véronique: non je n'étais pas loin du tout, à l'époque je travaillais avec un 50mm sur mon nikon F1. Si je me souviens bien, comme je faisais beaucoup de portrait en intérieur, il me semble bien que c'était un film iso400 ce qui expliquerait le grain ... mais le scan y est aussi sans doute pour quelque chose ...
